Hamilton’s has had many different looks over the years but we think that we have got this one just right. Hamilton’s has informed staff who are just as happy to serve any of our fine wines, premium spirits or local ale as they are making one of our classic cocktails - if you like your Martini dirty, your Manhattan perfect or your Mojito flavoured with fresh fruit, we will be happy to mix any drink to suit your taste.
